We are at the currently waiting along with twelve others who are about to board an EL AL Flight for Tel Aviv at JFK in New York.  Two of our group took an earlier flight and they will arrive in just a few hours we will meet them tomorrow, we are part of a larger group who will spend the next several days seeing the sights and experiences of the place that you and I have experiencedalready through the pages of the Bible.  We will try to our best to get on a post information each day on the Blog so that we can do our best to give the sights and sounds of our time here.  Most of our folks on the team have not been here before; I have been able to come prior to this trip and am looking forward to all that God has for us.  There are certain spots that we will visit that will be remarkable.  Certain places in Israel have been commercialized to the point that some of the sights of don't feel like it should but there are other moments that will bring alive the Word of God.  We are sitting here with a few of the team members and are asking a few of them there thoughts about what they are looking forward to.  Nicole Black says she is looking forward to everything about the trip except for the long flight.  She is anticipating the baptism in the Jordan River.  Jonas Amoonarquah, says "Just to be where Jesus was and seeing the truth and the power of knowing that Jesus was here.  After following Him all my life, Jonas says, it will be another step in following in His steps that I never thought I would be able to take. Lynn Boyer one of the great ladies of Cornerstone says "Just the thought of walking where Jesus walked will be like touching the hem of His garment, and I am excited of how it will change me." Renee' Canaan who is an adopted member of Cornerstone is on the same page as Jonas and Lynn, "To see the places that I have read about in the Bible will be extremely emotional."    That is only a small portion of the folks we will hear from others this week.  May God bless you with His power and presence this week we are thankful to the Lord for all of you. Thanks also in advance for your prayers and for coming along with us.
