ADULT TRIPS

About the Trip:
Rick and Elaine Caswell have invited us to minister at their language center and to do prayer walks in neighborhoods around the center. There will also be an opportunity for outreach and compassion ministry.

The total cost of the trip is, tentatively, $ 1,900 and the final payment is due Sunday, June 4. The cost of the trip will include airfare and fees, housing, transportation, and meals while in country. Typically, meals while traveling are at your expense. The entire trip is tax deductible. If there is a deposit to hold the tickets, it is non-refundable. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. We recommend Hep A and Tetanus shots. Ask your doctor what vaccines and medicines you need based on where you are going, how long you are staying, and what you will be doing. Pastor Stuart has invited us to help with rehabbing (electrical, plumbing, painting) a school and preparing for Doulos to come and minister. There will also be an opportunity for outreach and compassion ministry to the community.

About the Trip:
We will be travelling to Bristow, which is 30 minutes southwest of Tulsa, to help Cornerstone Bristow and Pastor Mark Evans. We will be renovating the second floor of the church, leading Vacation Bible School, and helping with a community outreach. This trip is open to all adults and youth 12 years old and up.

DOULOS (YOUNG ADULT) TRIPS

Tentative Date: Wednesday, August 9 - Saturday, August 19, 2017

About the Trip:
This year Doulos will go to two European countries, Scotland and Spain.  In Scotland, we will work with Pastor Stuart Patterson; serving alongside his team at Arise Easter house. This is a large outreach to the community. We will be involved in promoting the event, welcoming guests, running stations and possibly a flash mob.  We will be in Scotland from August 10th - August 13th.

We will then fly from Glasgow to Madrid. In Madrid we will run an English camp/vbs for Muslim children. We will serve in Madrid alongside Missionary Ariel Rainey and the Oasis Center.

YOUTH TRIP

Tentative Date: Friday, July 7 – Saturday, July 15, 2017
Team Leaders: Missionaries Joil & Leah Marbut and Pastor Jason & Pastor Charity Rose

About the Trip:
We will be partnering with another team to minister in the Amazon area of Sucua. We will be ministering through a VBS (Noah’s Ark theme) for the children and people in remote places of that area, using dramas, songs, crafts, and other things to reach people with the Gospel. All ministry will be in Spanish.

This trip is open to students ages 12-18 (must have completed 6th grade). Students age 12 must have a parent on the trip with them.
